St. Philip/Athens Week 3: The St. Philip/Athens co-op team had a short week playing a Thursday game following the Labor Day holiday. St. Philip/Athens struggled to score with a lone touchdown in a loss to Litchfield to fall to 1-2. Next: St. Philip will get ready for a classic rivalry game as it plays Bellevue, which harkens back to the days when both were in the SMAA. Bellevue has opened 0-3 after falling to Britton-Deerfield in Week 3. The Broncos features veteran quarterback Zain Qahwash and athletic running backs Cody Swanson and Jerrius Wing.
